Cancellation Policy

Customers may contact game nexus to request an order cancellation or modification.

BEFORE SHIPMENT

If an order has not yet entered the fulfillment or shipping process, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.

AFTER SHIPMENT

Orders that have already been dispatched normally cannot be canceled while in transit.

After delivery, eligible products may be returned according to our 90-Day Return and Refund Policy.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, contact us as soon as possible.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment.
